Family Law Associate

Responsibilities

• Primary focus of role will be on the following areas: family law matter including but not limited contested divorce and corollary issues: custody, access, child support, spousal support, equalization.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

Member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada;
LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized University.
Three (3) years of experience in General Litigation
A desire to build a successful practice with our growing firm;
Ability to work in either of our locations, namely Windsor and Belle River.
