Nour Jomaa is an Associate Litigation Lawyer at Stipic Weisman LLP.

Nour maintains a comprehensive litigation practice, encompassing civil and commercial litigation, including employment disputes, injunctions, fraud cases, and estates litigation, with a specific focus on breach of fiduciary obligations and power of attorney disputes. He has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including notable appearances at the Court of Appeal. Recently, he played a pivotal role in successfully opposing an Application for Leave to Appeal at the Supreme Court of Canada.

Since his admission to the Ontario Bar in 2018, Nour has consistently applied a rigorous and thoughtful approach to his legal career. As a graduate of Leicester Law School, he received recognition for his skills in legal analysis and persuasive argumentation, earning the Best Mooter of the Year award and achieving victories in the Senior Mooting and Speed Mooting Competitions. Additionally, he reached the finals in both the Junior Mooting Competition and the esteemed Landmark Chambers Property Moot in London, England.

In his practice, Nour is known for his methodical and analytical approach to legal challenges, focusing on delivering thoughtful and effective solutions. His goal is not only to advocate but also to provide guidance tailored to the unique needs and interests of each client.
